The RIGHT WAY to get a Mortgage

Don't sign that renewal

January 31, 2023 | Posted by: Tania Kalinich

Too often when mortgage renewal dates approach, consumers simply sign the offer from the bank without much research.  It's important to remember that simply signing the offer may not be the best option for you.  While it may be convenient to renew with your current lender, it's worth taking the time to shop around and compare rates and term from other banks and lenders.

By doing so, you may be able to secure a better rate and terms that can save you thousands of dollars over the life of your mortgage.  It is more important than ever with the current economic position we are all in.

As always, to ensure you are getting the best deal and product that suits your individual needs using a mortgage broker provides unbiased third party advice.  We can compare rates and offers from a wide range of lenders so you don't have to do the work of running around which will save you time and the headache.  This way, even if it doesn't mean changing banks or lenders it does give you the peace of mind knowing you ARE getting the BEST!

If you have any questions or need guidance during the renewal process, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.  I am here to help you make the best decision for your financial future.
